Almost Every Teenagers In Nigeria Got This Type Pair Of Short This Year.......?

 I was strolling in the early afternoon on Saturday and i took notice of this particular 👆 type of short on almost every teenagers I came by(both boys and girls), then it kept me wondering whether it's some kind of uniform or not because this short were made initially to be worn out on the beach.........Guys will you rock it.....???
